I want to open a new blog just for her and life with cats. I liked her old site, but it can be a pain to login to because it is a different site. In other words, I’m lazy at times, LOL.

Hope all is well!

Of course I remember Smore! I was actually just the other day thinking that I’ve to search for that blog with the three-legged cat who travelled with his owner to her parents. I was wondering whether my RSS feed doesn’t show me your newest posts for some reason. Great to hear from you again! Have a lovely sunday) ]]> By: Kristina Van Hoose https://kristinavanhoose.com/2015/11/09/how-to-add-to-your-word-count-for-nanowrimo-without-killing-your-plot/comment-page-1/#comment-654 Sun, 15 Nov 2015 00:04:43 +0000 http://kristinavanhoose.com/?p=717#comment-654 I swear I replied back to you! Apparently it didn’t send though. NaNoWriMo is definitely an interesting experience, lol. The best part of it is the support from others who are doing the same thing.

Thanks for reading!

I should probably have told you that I used to post using my cat blog about Smore my tripod cat. I left this URL because I haven’t updated it in forever! Oh well! Lol. Thanks for visiting and commenting!

I can tell you from personal experience that it is just as traumatic to write about a character’s death. I have cried just as hard writing it as I do reading them!

I don’t write fiction, but it was still fascinating to read this post – as a consumer (reader) of those plots. And oh, how I disagreed when you advised to kill someone, and write about grief and all that goes along with it. Of course I understand that death is an important part of great stories, but I’m so sad when a dear character dies. And angry that you, the author, let it happen. (And yes, I’m fully aware that you want to achieve these feelings of your readers, BUT STILL. 😀 )

And lol I was trying to beat my previous record of winning on Day 7. I did not succeed in that, but I was close to tying. ]]> By: MindandLifeMatters https://kristinavanhoose.com/2015/11/09/how-to-add-to-your-word-count-for-nanowrimo-without-killing-your-plot/comment-page-1/#comment-649 Mon, 09 Nov 2015 20:01:20 +0000 http://kristinavanhoose.com/?p=717#comment-649 This is some great advice! I’d end up with a sloppy mess. Props to all you out there who are doing this! I hope you’re all getting some great writing done and not giving yourself strokes in the process 🙂 ]]>
